Qualification&Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related field, with MBA preferred

* Minimum 10 years’ marketing management experience in an FMCG industry, with at least 5 years’ experience in the short and long life dairy or any other related beverage industry

* Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans



Skills

* Strong brand management and new product development proven experience, having had a multiple product category portfolio

* Knowledge of customer service, sales principles and concepts, and key-customer relationships in the South Africa.

* Ability to create reports and metrics to track results and prepare and deliver executive presentations.

* Knowledge and proven experience in working with research, promotional and advertising agencies – Proven ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans – Ability to lead, motivate, and work with cross-functional teams

* Results oriented and KPI driven.

* Proficientin Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and word.

* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter

* Ability to travel up to 50%.



II. Production Manager

S/he must possess the desire and ability to provide leadership and supervisory coordination in all aspects of production.



The Production Manager’s role is to enable plant employees to achieve the strategic and operational objectives of the company, division, and the plant in a customer satisfying and profitable fashion. The Production Manager’s role is for continuous plant improvement, employee development and maintaining a cost-effective operation.



Key responsibilities include:

I Oversee establishment of Dairy Processing Plant: provide 100% oversight supervision of all phases of factory plant set up and operations; and establish the commercial plans of the plant

II Manage daily operation of dairy production including reception of milk, processing, packaging and regular maintenance of machinery.

III Follow regulatory standards,compliance and maintain best practices in the Plant that assure product quality and workplace safety; and environment protection

IV Coordinate and maintain production schedule



Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science,Food Science,Agricultural Business or other related field

 Ten years’ experience with dairy,food processing equipment, fluid milk production and CIP systems with experience in handling a minimum of 50,000 liters per day

 Good contextual knowledge of local issues, community priorities, organizational relationships, social and cultural constraints and realities, and environmental conditions.



Abilities:

* Ability to work with groups of people with varying levels of education, expertise and backgrounds in order to achieve results through others – Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

* Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be self-motivated and a self-starter
