Attached to the General Manager, the Sales Agent’s mission is to increase the company’s sales on the local and sub-regional market.
As such, its responsibilities are as follows:
- Define the commercial policy of the company from its strategic axes;
- Develop new markets in terms of customers, turnover, margin
- Develop and promote the image and reputation of bananas
- Pay attention to market developments and offers of competition
- Propose relevant solutions to meet the needs of the market these evolutions
Position Requirements
i. Being aged 35 to 40 years old
ii. Being of Cameroonian nationality, M / F.
iii. Hold a BAC + 3 University Diploma in Business Studies.
iv. Justify at least 5 years of experience in the marketing of food products or so-called “basic”
products
1. Demonstrate a strong experience of management of a commercial team  Demonstrate a great capacity for autonomy
2. Have open mind and teamwork skills
3. Have good communication, listening skills and ease of contact
4. Be curious, proactive, rigorous and autonomous
