Position Human Resource Officer

Location: Dar es salaam



Description



1. Managing recruitment activities

2. Assist HR Manager dealing with employee relations

3. Preparing various HR reports including staff movements

4. Assist HR Manager in taking charge of personnel management includes joining, probation assessment, post transfer and termination.

5. Other duties assigned by the HR Manager

6. University graduate -Fluent in oral & written English, with at least 2 years of experience -Able to work in overtime

Description

* Preparing and recording of clearing i.e. port charges, transportation, agency fee, vat verification and stripping, custom duties

* Receiving and recording payment from account related to our department in put in ERP SYSTEM

* Insuring all clearing documents are signed by the clearing manager and managing director

* Insuring all agent’s files are not missing any documents before preparing their payments

* University graduate -Fluent in oral & written English, with at least 2 years of experience -Able to work in overtime
